8. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to request from the controller access to the personal data processed about him or her, the right to rectification of personal data, the right to erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data, the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to the ineffectiveness of automated individual decision-making, including profiling, the right to the portability of personal data, as well as the right to submit a petition to the supervisory authority. Where the controller processes personal data on the basis of the data subject's consent, the data subject shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent prior to its withdrawal. 9. Obligation to provide personal data
The data subject provides his or her personal data voluntarily with the expectation that he or she will be informed about various marketing activities (newsletters, discounts and other marketing offers) related to the service or goods purchased or procured in the future. If they are not provided, the customer will not be informed of news, discounts or other marketing offers, but will also not be provided with the service or goods that he/she purchases.
