It wasn't exactly easy after 10+ years to listen to all the things I could do differently and better, but looking back now, I can only be honest with thank you. I've always tried to work with as much data as possible. I only really started using them effectively after you showed me that it was possible to set up a plant-wide operation in a structured way.

Your patience and support helped me even in difficult situationsand I've learned to make the harder but right choices at the expense of thethe easy, often unnecessary ones. But what has helped me the most, and I want to give special recognition, is your essential focus on Leadership. I mean, our focus already.

Working in a team,with people, developing them is now the #1 priority for me and I don't plan to change that. The successes I have achieved with my team (National Quality Award, ESGcertification, Top Employer...) were just a logical outcome of the direction we set together. And I'm continuing that work!
